Genre: Other.\",\"meta\":{\"artist\":\"R\\u00e1dio Web UFPA\",\"album\":\"UFPA Debate\",\"genre\":\"Other\",\"length_formatted\":\"49:32\"},\"image\":{\"src\":\"https:\\\/\\\/i0.wp.com\\\/radio.ufpa.br\\\/wp-content\\\/uploads\\\/2017\\\/06\\\/icon_ufpa_debate.png?fit=500%2C500&ssl=1\",\"width\":500,\"height\":500},\"thumb\":{\"src\":\"https:\\\/\\\/i0.wp.com\\\/radio.ufpa.br\\\/wp-content\\\/uploads\\\/2017\\\/06\\\/icon_ufpa_debate.png?resize=150%2C150&ssl=1\",\"width\":150,\"height\":150}}]}<\/script>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/p>\n<p>O UFPA Debate dessa semana traz como tema a Reforma Trabalhista proposta pelo governo Michel Temer e com suas implica\u00e7\u00f5es para a vida dos trabalhadores brasileiros.<br \/>\nPara debater sobre a quest\u00e3o, contamos com a presen\u00e7a da presidente do Sindicato dos Enfermeiros Ant\u00f4nia Trindade, a coordenadora-geral do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores das Institui\u00e7\u00f5es Federais de Ensino Superior do Estado do Par\u00e1 (Sindtifes) \u00c2ngela Soares e o advogado trabalhista e professor de Direito Constitucional Paulo Andr\u00e9 Nassar.A reforma foi apresentada no in\u00edcio de 2017 e tramita na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados e j\u00e1 \u00e9 uma das proposi\u00e7\u00f5es mais controversas do atual governo.<\/p>\n<p>Alguns pontos em discuss\u00e3o incluem o aumento da carga hor\u00e1ria m\u00e1xima de trabalho, a preval\u00eancia dos acordos entre empregadores e sindicatos sobre o legislado e, ainda, novas regras para intervalo de trabalho e f\u00e9rias, por exemplo.Paulo Andr\u00e9 Nassar situa o discurso veiculado sobre a Reforma Trabalhista como justificativa para o contexto de crise econ\u00f4mica vivida pelo Estado Brasileiro. \u201cParece que \u00e9 \u00f3bvio, pelo menos esse \u00e9 o discurso oficial de que: \u2018A \u00fanica sa\u00edda poss\u00edvel para a solu\u00e7\u00e3o desse problema de crise econ\u00f4mica passa pela redu\u00e7\u00e3o de direitos trabalhistas\u2019, e isso \u00e9 um equ\u00edvoco por excel\u00eancia\u201d, ressalta o advogado.<\/p>\n<p>Ainda no programa, Ant\u00f4nia Trindade, presidente do Sindicato dos Enfermeiros alerta para o fato de que a situa\u00e7\u00e3o da carga-hor\u00e1ria trabalhista j\u00e1 passa por fragilidade: \u201cAumentar o qu\u00ea? N\u00f3s j\u00e1 temos uma precariza\u00e7\u00e3o enorme no setor privado, que suga os trabalhadores, um excesso de carga-hor\u00e1ria, n\u00e3o temos condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho\u201d.
