No final de 2016, o Brasil terminou o ano com cerca de 12 milh\u00f5es de pessoas desempregadas, e o Par\u00e1 \u00e9 um dos estados que comp\u00f5em esse \u00edndice. Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es do Departamento Intersindical de Estat\u00edstica e Estudos Socioecon\u00f4micos (Dieese-PA) o estado perdeu quase 40 mil postos de trabalho no balan\u00e7o entre contrata\u00e7\u00f5es e demiss\u00f5es durante o ano passado, representando o pior saldo negativo da d\u00e9cada.<\/h4>\n<\/header>\n<section class=\"article-content clearfix\">\n<h4>Dos setores produtivos da economia paraense, o que mais registrou perda de emprego foi a Constru\u00e7\u00e3o Civil, com 697 demiss\u00f5es, seguido pelo Com\u00e9rcio (-531 v\u00ednculos) e Ind\u00fastria Extrativa (-142 v\u00ednculos). Bel\u00e9m foi o segundo munic\u00edpio com maior redu\u00e7\u00e3o de empregos, sofrendo uma perda de 618 contrata\u00e7\u00f5es, ficando logo atr\u00e1s de Cana\u00e3 dos Caraj\u00e1s, com menos 675 v\u00ednculos. Segundo dados do Informe T\u00e9cnico sobre Mercado de Trabalho de 2016, divulgado pela Fapespa, os cargos em que mais houve demiss\u00f5es foram os de Operador de Processo de Moagem, seguido por Vendedor de Comercio Varejista e Servente de Obras.<\/h4>\n<h4>Diante desses dados preocupantes, o UFPA Debate desta semana discute as principais perspectivas para o mercado de trabalho paraense, contando com a presen\u00e7a do representante do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o Civil de Bel\u00e9m (STICMB-PA), Gilmar Piedade e do Diretor-Superintendente do Servi\u00e7o Brasileiro de Apoio \u00e0s Micro e Pequenas Empresas (Sebrae), Fabrizio Gualianone.
