Atualmente, a professora atua na Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, mas dedicou 17 anos de sua trajet\u00f3ria \u00e0 UFPA e ainda integra o Programa de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, Cultura e Amaz\u00f4nia (PPGCom) da institui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>No programa, a professora conta como foi o in\u00edcio da R\u00e1dio Web, que era \u201cum sonho antigo da comunidade acad\u00eamica\u201d. O ve\u00edculo nasceu em 2009, como um dos resultados do trabalho de um grupo de pesquisas que, entre outras a\u00e7\u00f5es, debru\u00e7ou-se na hist\u00f3ria do r\u00e1dio na Amaz\u00f4nia. \u201cO embri\u00e3o do projeto come\u00e7ou a ser desenvolvido em 2006, a partir de estudos de experi\u00eancias realizadas em outras regi\u00f5es, a partir das necessidades da Universidade em dialogar com a sociedade e com a pr\u00f3pria comunidade universit\u00e1ria\u201d, ressalta a professora Luciana Miranda.<\/p>\n<p>A pesquisadora destaca a import\u00e2ncia da converg\u00eancia digital, especialmente em um estado com as dimens\u00f5es do Par\u00e1, em que a UFPA est\u00e1 presente tamb\u00e9m no interior. \u201cA internet n\u00e3o vai tirar do r\u00e1dio a import\u00e2ncia que ele tem, na verdade ela vai contribuir para que o r\u00e1dio ganhe ainda mais for\u00e7a ao chegar em lugares que antes n\u00e3o chegava ou chegava de modo prec\u00e1rio, do ponto de vista
